designLAB architects

For almost two years, I served as the marketing coordinator for designLAB architects, a mid-sized architecture firm in Boston's Fort Point neighborhood. The firm focused primarily on community spaces mainly for universities and public clients.

As marketing coordinator, my primary focus was responding to public and private requests for qualifications and proposals. These often consisted of a cover letter, followed by the firm's approach, relevant projects and resumes. Each book was uniquely designed to respond to specific needs and concerns of the prospective clients.

Here, I had the unique opportunity to experience every aspect of the architectural process first hand. I coordinated work plans, fees, project texts and more from the different partners to best illustrate our firms experience. At the same time, I gathered all subconsultant information we need and made sure it best fit in with our overarching proposal.
